This is a special event screening. Members who RSVP will receive passes for 2 (passes limited). Please only RSVP if plan to attend, if you can not attend, please return to this page and change your RSVP.

Comment by Charlie on June 9, 2010 at 1:36am: Only a few of the TMC passes ask for the last 4 digits of your phone number. That just indicates that the theater is going to be super-strict about allowing phones into the theater, so they are willing to go to the extra trouble to check your phone number off a list of valid phone numbers. Then you can leave your phone in the car.

Humm, my phone was turned off at 7 PM, I wonder if I'm on the list, but just that my phone company dropped the txt message?

Comment by dimajanation on June 8, 2010 at 10:40pm: I'm pretty sure this is a txtMovieClub screening because I received my text for it from them. What's strange is all it says is that I won passes for 2 to SOLITARY MAN tomorrow at Harkins Tempe Marketplace. The last text I received from for a screening instructed me to provide the last 4 digits of my cell phone number. This time it didn't.

Comment by Charlie on June 8, 2010 at 10:36pm: This is not a GoFoBo movie, based on who the "Organized By" field above (but that could be incorrect).

When this happened a few months ago on a movie that generated much discussion, one option was for TxtMovieClub to not participate in any GoFoBo movie. But then that would cut down on the # of movies we might see. But at least having that knowledge in advance helps, and while I apply to get a GoFoBo pass, I haven't for about 6 different movies since then, but then, I now don't really expect to see a movie organized by GoFoBo, if I'm thinking I'll get a pass from TxtMovieClub, but who knows, maybe one lucky day, I'll win such a pass.

However, here it is 10:30 PM, and I still haven't received the expected txt messages for a TxtMovieClub showing.

Comment by Christa on June 3, 2010 at 10:29am: Why does txtmc send us to gofobo to print passes when you go to gofobo hee 3-minutes after receiving your text message for a pass they are all gone? Why doesn't txtmc just let gofobo post it and not have it on their site at all? This seems so unfair. This has happened too many time to just be coincidence! I am certain I am not alone in my felling this!!!!!!
