Help With Getting Text For Tickets

I RSVP'd to see the screening of Zoo Keeper in Phoenix tonight (7/7/11).  I just signed up on this site a few weeks ago and when I did not receive the text yesterday to retrieve the tickets I came on the site today to try and figure out why.  I noticed that my cell phone number had an additional digit added to the end of it and I'm assuming that's why I did not receive the text.  I have since fixed my cell phone number in my profile, but am wondering how I can get the text sent to me again so that I can get the tickets to the show?  I am looking forward to bringing my daughter and would like to get the passes.  I have contacted customer service via e-mail, but haven't receive a response.  Can someone give me any suggestions?  Thank you.
