Things That Irritate You the Most While at The Movies!

I just thought it might be fun to talk about the little things that irritate us about our favorite social engagement. Going to the Movies! This is just for fun and to get the little things off of our mind.

I have 3 things that irritate me.
1. Texting or email of any kind once the lights are out.
2. Talking after the lights are out
3. Making or taking phone calls.

#1 seems worse every time I go to the movies, whether it be a paid movie or a screening. Do people actually think they are being discreet?

Both of you have hit the major annoyances...but hearing someone eating their concession food annoys me to no end...CLOSE YOUR MOUTH AND CHEW!

People who come late to the screening or movie and come up top to ask if there are seats available then complain that the seats are all taken. Maybe if you came earlier you would've had one of those seats, you idiot!

People who kick the back of your chair. A tap here and there is not a problem but a consistent kick will cause me to turn around and give you a piece of my mind.

I am very irritated how the event coordinators block off 4 or 5 rows of prime seating for "reviewing press" that is bad enouth, but then just before the movie starts they open them up to all the stragglers that weren't wanting for 3 hours to get a good seat!!!
They should let the people with the worst seats (first few rows) have the opportunity to move back, and then let the stragglers have the first rows that they so richly deserve.

I hate the pack of teen girls who laugh obnoxiously at everything. Happened to me twice that I can think of. First was during The Two Towers. The girls laughed everytime Gollum was on screen. The second was TMNT. Girls laughed at everything. I invented a super annoying laugh and beat them at their own game. Felt pretty awesome.
