- Two pooches in Agility and Rally: a coarse coat Jack and a Papillon who thinks he's a Jack. A kitten named Wally (who was found in our neighbor's wall). Three birds: a noisy Nanday Conure parrot, and two Cockatiels who are real clowns. Love dog rescue, bird rescue, movies, libraries (volunteer), and building websites. In my former lives I was a geologist, a librarian, an archivist, and a mom. (I guess you never retire from the last one). I am an active gamer, love fantasy, genealogy and writing. Live in the NW part of town now, but also spent years traveling around the country when my Dad's work took him EVERYWHERE. Now that gasoline prices are skyrocketing, so glad you have screenings nearby!

The screening location has NOTHING to do with tMC. Sadly... that's a studio decision they have NO control over. I'll still let them know how you feel so they can pass it on to the studio reps, 'kay?

Sorry, I didn't see your post until now. Regarding forwarding text message passes. We really would prefer members did not. The reason is we always try to prevent turnaways and if members just forwarded passes it would result in too many invites and most likely cause people to be turned away. That is one of the reasons we launched the RSVP feature. To attempt to get a more accurate count.
There is however good news for your friends without mobile phones. We will be adding printable passes very soon!

- Mark: Thanks so much for your offer to help; I'm set up now! I had tried using the T-Mobile online text sending site, rather than learning how to text from my new phone.
"Reel Happy" was kind enough to walk me through and gave this newby the exact steps to get my phone texting with the txtmovieclub set up. You guys have been generous with your time and expertise; thanks again!

What carrier do you have? It sounds like maybe your phone is expecting you to make a phone call instead of sending an SMS message. Feel free to message me and I can help with any technical issues. Our service works with 95% of US carriers, but not Cricket.
