In ‘ Captain America: The First Avenger’ director Joe Johnston brings us one of his best movies in awhile. Although having a spotty record of success which includes below-average films like Jumanji, Jurassic Park 3, and The Wolfman, to movies like The Rocketeer and October Sky (my personal favorite of his), he brings us a wonderful concoction as we are transported back to the 1940s.
