To celebrate, we’re sharing a few of our favorite recipes perfect to serve to your friends, family, and fellow fans this weekend - all themed after Open Road’s upcoming blockbuster The Grey!
SMOKED ALASKAN SALMON APPETIZERS
Give your guests a taste of Alaska with this delicious appetizer suitable for snacking!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup reduced-fat or fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 ounces thinly sliced Alaskan salmon
24 melba toast rounds or other low-fat crackers
Fresh dill sprigs (optional)
PREPARATION
1. Combine cream cheese, dill and red pepper in small bowl; stir to blend. Spread evenly over each slice of salmon. Roll up salmon slices jelly-roll style. Place on plate; cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours before serving.
2. Using a sharp knife, cut salmon rolls crosswise into 3/4-inch pieces. Place rolls, cut side down, on melba toast. Garnish each salmon roll with dill sprig, if desired. Serve cold or at room temperature.

WOLF-IT-DOWN PIZZA CRESCENTS
These delicious treats will leave you howling for more!
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
1 (3.5 ounce) package pepperoni slices
4 tablespoons spaghetti or pizza sauce
1 (6 ounce) package mozzarella cheese slices
PREPARATION
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Press or roll into four 7x5-inch rectangles. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles. Press or roll into four 7x5-inch rectangles.
3. Arrange 9 pepperoni slices in center third of each rectangle. Spread 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce over pepperoni.
4. Fold each slice of cheese in half; place over pepperoni. Fold short sides of dough to almost meet in center; securely pinch edges together, leaving middle open. Tuck 4 or 5 pepperoni slices into middle opening. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until golden brown.

ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE SPICY WINGS
Careful with these wings - they pack a harder punch than Liam Neeson!
INGREDIENTS
4 pounds chicken wings
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup tomato-based hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar-based hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
PREPARATION
1. Preheat an outdoor or indoor grill to a high heat. Lightly grease the grill.
2. Season wings with garlic powder and ground black pepper. Cook wings on the preheated grill until they are very crispy. Turn the wings frequently as they will burn easily.
3. While the wings are grilling, in a large bowl, combine both hot sauces with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and melted butter.
4. When the wings are finished cooking, place them in the large bowl of hot sauce mixture and stir until they are coated.

GET BACK HOME-STYLE CHILI
This chili’s hot enough to keep you toasty warm even in the harshest Alaskan winter!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound bacon
1 pound ground round
1 pound ground pork
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
6 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
8 Anaheim peppers, seeded and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans, drained
1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
3 ounces tomato paste
1 ounce chile paste
2 cups water
PREPARATION
1. Place bacon in a large soup pot. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess grease, leaving enough to coat bottom of pot Remove bacon, drain on paper towels and chop.
2. Brown beef and pork in pot over medium high heat. When meat is browned, stir in the bell pepper, onion, jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers, Anaheim peppers, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, bouillon, crushed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, beer, tomato paste, chile paste and water.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans and bacon and continue simmering for another 30 minutes.

LIAM NEESON ACTION GYROS
A sandwich fit for Liam himself!
INGREDIENTS (SANDWICH)
1 medium onion, cut into chunks
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 pounds beef sirloin tip roast, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
INGREDIENTS (CUCUMBER SAUCE):
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 cups sour cream
8 pita breads, warmed and halved
thinly sliced onion
Chopped tomato
PREPARATION
1. In a blender or food processor, place the onion, garlic, sugar, mustard, ginger, pepper and cayenne; cover and process until onion is finely chopped. Add soy sauce and water; process until blended. Place the beef in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
2. For sauce, combine the cucumber, garlic and salt in a blender or food processor; cover and process until cucumber is chopped. Add vinegar and oil; process until blended. Transfer to a boil; stir in sour cream. Refrigerate until serving.
3. Drain and discard marinade. Grill beef, covered, over medium-hot heat until meat reaches desired doneness. Place beef in pita halves. Top with cucumber sauce, sliced onion and chopped tomato. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.

LIVE OR DIE ON THIS DAY NACHOS
You and your friends will wolf this delicious snack down!
INGREDIENTS
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
5 cups tortilla chips
1 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced (optional)
PREPARATION
1. Stir the soup and salsa in a 2-quart saucepan.
2. Cook the beef and onion in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir 1/2 cup soup mixture into the skillet. Cook until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.
3. Heat the remaining soup mixture over medium heat until it's hot and bubbling.
4. Place the chips onto a serving platter and top with the beef mixture. Spoon the soup mixture over the beef mixture. Top with the tomato and jalapeno pepper, if desired.

BAKED ALASKA
End game day on a high note with this one-of-a-kind dessert!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
4 cups vanilla ice cream
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon almond extract
6 tablespoons white sugar
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter, or margarine together. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the crumbs for the topping. Press the remaining crumbs into one 9 inch pie plate.
3. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Cool then chill in freezer. Fill the chilled crust with the firm vanilla ice cream. Place in freezer.
4. Beat egg whites until frothy, add salt, almond extract and slowly add sugar, beating until stiff and glossy. Spread over ice cream, sealing edges. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Place under broiler 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) for 2 minutes. Serve at once.
