tMC Spotlight: Twilight Breaking Dawn Pt 2; Behind the scenes with Guri Weinberg and Erik Odom and... you!

Much to the delight of Twilight fans all over Phoenix, and by the sheer number of people waiting in line to get an autograph it was ALL of Phoenix, two actors who played vampires in the film, Guri Weinberg (Stephen) and Erik Odom (Peter) came out to meet fans and sign copies of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 2 Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital Copy that was released this weekend. 

They may be playing evil entities on screen, but these were two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. 

Almost a full day of press behind them and having been up for almost 24 straight hours, they knew the lines were long but didn’t budge. 

Guri tells me, “It doesn’t matter how long we have to be here, we’re not leaving until we meet everyone.”  This kind of love for the fans cannot be ignored.  I must write this, if any of you have ever doubted whether or not an actor cares for you as much as you do them, I’m here to tell you that I looked into those striking eyes of Guri’s and I saw gratitude and respect and love for those who appreciate and love him; and he’s grateful to those for whom he’d not be where he is, were it not for them. 

Spending time with these guys and watching how eager they were to meet everyone was quite a special moment to have witnessed and for those of you who couldn’t make it, Guri and Erik both assured me that the extras are certainly a reason to be purchasing your disc as soon as possible, something I'm sure you'll be doing without much prompting from me, am I right??  

Both the Blu-ray and the 2-disc DVD will feature hours of bonus material, including cast interviews, a making of documentary with segments including “Renesmee” and “The Battle,” as well as commentary by director Bill Condon and a conversation with author Stephanie Meyer herself!
