Hi All-
We are trying to troubleshoot an issue with some T-Mobile members who are receiving "Sorry, this service is unavailable for your current service plan" whenever texting to 95201, and feel like we're not getting anywhere with their Tech Support.
Has anyone had issues with T-Mobile that they were able to get resolved? If so, what steps did you go through to resolve the issue?
